Is each client's data really isolated from the others?

Yes. Each client is a separate tenant: its data, roles and audit trail are its own. A user of one client has no access to another client's data; only your operator workspace aggregates the portfolio.

Do I need one license per client, or one for all of them?

A single operator license, at the operator price, covers all the clients you manage up to your tier limit (3, 10, 50 or unlimited). You buy your modules once and they are shared across all your clients.

How do I switch from one client to another?

From your operator workspace you change client in a single login: a switcher moves you between tenants without logging in again. AI and messaging usage stays metered and capped per client.

Where is the data hosted?
